Senior Psychotherapist | Accredited Clinical Supervisor | Author
I don’t believe in the "conveyor belt" model of therapy. After over a decade of dedicated clinical practice and thousands of hours in the room with individuals and couples, I have seen that true breakthroughs rarely happen in the final ten minutes of a rushed 50-60 minute session.
My practice, ItzurMind, is built on the principle of Deep Work. I specialise in extended 90-minute sessions designed for those who value their time and are ready to bypass the surface-level "talk" to reach the core of their conditioning.
The "Deep Work" Advantage: Why 90 Minutes? Standard therapy often operates on a 50-minute 'clinical hour.' However, once you account for the initial 'settling in' and the final 'grounding' for the exit, the window for true therapeutic work is remarkably narrow.
By utilizing a 90-minute immersion model, we eliminate the frequent 'restarts' of short-term therapy. This creates a sustained, uninterrupted runway for the kind of neurological and emotional processing that 50-minute sessions often cut short. It is about therapeutic momentum—reaching a depth of insight in a single encounter that typically requires multiple standard appointments to achieve."
A Background in Resilience and Reality
My approach is forged from a unique intersection of high-pressure frontline experience and deep philosophical study. As an Event Health Officer with St John Ambulance WA, I have operated at the sharp end of human crisis. This clinical reality informs my work, ensuring that the strategies we develop are not just theoretical, but grounded in the resilience required for the real world.
I am the author of Ipse Imperium: Where Freedom Begins and the Illusion Ends. This philosophy of self-dominion is the heartbeat of my practice. I help my clients, executives, business owners, and high-functioning individuals, break free from societal conditioning and generational patterns to command their own reality.
Clinical Supervision
As an Accredited Clinical Supervisor (ACA), I provide senior-level mentorship for practitioners who are ready to move beyond basic clinical templates. I offer a space for deep processing and the development of a sovereign therapeutic voice, helping the next generation of therapists find their own Ipse Imperium.
My Methodology: Where Science Meets Sovereignty
I bridge the gap between modern clinical science and ancient discipline. My work integrates:
Neuroplasticity & Psychoneuroimmunology: Leveraging how the mind literally rewires the body.
Stoic Discipline & Buddhist Wisdom: Practical frameworks for emotional autonomy.
Quantum Principles: Understanding the observer’s role in manifesting a new life path.
If you are looking for a standard, time-limited counselling session, there are many clinics in Perth that can help you. But if you are ready for a sovereign partnership and the space to do the deep work necessary for a life you truly rule, I invite you to reach out.
“A candle can light a thousand others without diminishing its own flame.”

My mission
My mission is to empower you with Ipse Imperium, self-mastery, through a fusion of modern science and ancient wisdom. Based in Perth, WA, I will guide you to break free from societal conditioning and generational patterns using mindfulness, Stoic discipline, and Buddhist principles. By harnessing neuroplasticity, psychoneuroimmunology, and quantum insights, we help you rewire your mind, heal your body, and manifest a reality you command.
My vision
I envisions a world where every individual in Perth, WA, and beyond achieves Ipse Imperium, true self-mastery. I see a future where people break free from societal conditioning and generational patterns, using mindfulness, Stoic resilience, and Buddhist wisdom, paired with the transformative power of neuroplasticity, psychoneuroimmunology, and quantum principles. Our vision is a community of empowered minds, creating their own realities with clarity, healing, and unyielding autonomy.
Ipse Imperium: Freedom Begins where Illusion Ends
In a world engineered to keep us distracted, compliant, and chained to limiting beliefs, true freedom isn't found in external change, it's forged in the mind. Ipse Imperium is a bold, no-nonsense manifesto for self-mastery: a practical roadmap to shatter imposed illusions, dismantle avoidance and excuse-making, and step into sovereign control over your thoughts, emotions, and life direction.
Drawing deeply from Stoic discipline (enduring what cannot be changed while mastering what can), Buddhist insight into the nature of attachment and impermanence, and battle-tested strategies for mental resilience, the book delivers tools to:
Expose and dismantle self-deceptive patterns that sabotage growth
Cultivate unshakeable calm amid chaos and manipulation
Take radical personal responsibility without blame or victimhood
Build the inner sovereignty needed to live authentically and powerfully
This isn't gentle self-help, it's a confrontational wake-up call for those ready to stop hiding from reality. Transformation begins where comfort ends, and freedom begins where illusion ends.
At ItzurMind, these same principles form the foundation of high-impact psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Sessions are direct, practical, and intense: we expose illusions without sugar-coating, challenge avoidance and excuses head-on, and demand the accountability required for lasting change. Whether through 90-minute deep-dive sessions that allow full processing and integration, or targeted work in shorter formats, the goal is the same, freeing the mind, releasing resistance, and empowering you to live with clarity, resilience, and genuine dominion over your inner world.
The book serves as both companion and extension to this therapeutic approach: read it to deepen your understanding, prepare for the unsettling but liberating work ahead, or reinforce the insights gained in counselling. Ideal for clients committed to real progress and practitioners seeking to align their own inner sovereignty with professional integrity.
